On the day that we arrived at the Gold Coast, we found out that our booked appartment was not available - but not to worry as we were being upgreded for the night. So we spent the day and night on the 23rd floor. What fantastic views!!! Then the next day we moved to an apartment on the 7th floor - overlooking the pool and the amusement park next door. . .
And boy did all three boys just LOVE watching this park. It had several rides - but the slingshot volcano and the bungy were the most fun to watch. Many times I would find Mitchell sitting out on the balcony waiting for someone to jump with the bungy. (He thought it was better when they screamed though. LOL)
